How it works
Three steps, one account.
Pick a plan
Choose Personal, Pro or Max and start your free trial through a secure hosted checkout. We then email you a link that signs you in to your Cloud.
Open in the app
Choose Open in the app on your Cloud page, or go to Settings → MausBot Cloud in the desktop app and sign in. The app connects to your cloud workspace.
Sign in to your AI
Sign in to Claude or ChatGPT on your Cloud, or add an API key. Your bots are ready to work around the clock. Until you do, bots on a free trial run on its $5 of Claude credit.
A few things to know
How does the free trial work?
Every plan starts with a 3-day free trial, with $5 of Claude credit included. Checkout asks for a card, and nothing is charged until day 4, when your first month is charged at the plan’s price, plus tax where applicable. We email you a link that signs you in to your Cloud, and a reminder 1 day before your first payment. To stop, cancel from the billing page before day 4 and you pay nothing.
What happens if I don’t subscribe?
If you cancel during the trial, or your first payment doesn’t go through, your Cloud stops when the trial ends. Its files are kept for 3 days, then deleted. Subscribe from your Cloud page before then and the same Cloud comes back, files and all.
Had a Cloud before?
The free trial is one per person. If you’ve had a Cloud or a trial before, sign in to subscribe: your plan starts right away and is charged today.
Which plan should I pick?
Every plan runs your bots on an always-on cloud workspace, with cloud computers, voice and scheduled tasks. The plans differ in how many cloud computers your bots can use at once, how many computer-hours and how much speech you get a month, and support: Pro and Max get priority email support.
Does Cloud include AI usage?
Your free trial includes $5 of Claude credit, once, so your bots can start working before you connect anything. Bots use it through MausBot’s own engine, not Claude Code. Beyond that, no plan includes AI usage: connect your own Claude or ChatGPT account, or an API key, on your Cloud machine, and your bots use that instead of the credit. Heavy 24/7 use can hit your plan’s limits; Claude Max or an API key is recommended.
Is the cloud desktop included?
Yes, on every plan. Your bots get cloud computers to use, each with a live desktop you can watch or take over, with no account or key to set up. How many at once, and for how many hours, depends on your plan.
Are there limits?
Cloud computers and voice are covered by fair use, set by plan. Personal: 1 computer at once, 50 computer-hours a month and about 30 minutes of speech a month; Pro: up to 4 computers at once, 200 computer-hours a month and about an hour of speech a month; Max: up to 8 computers at once, 500 computer-hours a month and about 3 hours of speech a month. A small computer counts as half an hour, and allowances reset on the 1st of each month (UTC). During the 3-day free trial you get 3/30 of each monthly allowance; the full allowance starts with your first payment. AI model usage is set by your own provider’s plan.

Do I need Cloud to use MausBot?
No. The free, open-source app keeps working locally without a Cloud account. Cloud is an optional service, not a replacement for the app.
